Your bottle of Horse Soldier Barrel Select Bourbon was signed by co-founder Vince Makela.

Here is a breakdown of the full inscription written vertically on the right side of the bottle:

 *
ODA 595: Refers to Operational Detachment Alpha 595, the legendary 12-man U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Beret) team known as the "Horse Soldiers" who inserted into Afghanistan immediately following 9/11.

 *
Vince Makela: Retired Master Sergeant Vince Makela was a original member of ODA 595 and is one of the co-founders of Horse Soldier Bourbon.

While Vince Makela is one of the real-life Green Berets on ODA 595 who inspired the film 12 Strong, he does not have a direct, named 1:1 onscreen character counterpart in the movie.
To protect the privacy of the team members and streamline the narrative, Hollywood altered almost all of the team members' names and consolidated several real-life figures into composite characters:

 *
Hollywood Name Alterations: Only the senior officers (like Colonel Max Bowers and Colonel John Mulholland) kept their real names. The core 12-man team members were given fictionalized character names—for instance, team leader Mark Nutsch became "Mitch Nelson" (played by Chris Hemsworth) and Bob Pennington became "Cal Spencer" (played by Michael Shannon).
 *
Composite Characters: The remaining team members portrayed onscreen—played by actors such as Michael Peña (SFC Sam Diller), Trevante Rhodes (SFC Ben Milo), Geoff Stults (Sean Coffers), and Austin Hébert (SFC Pat Essex)—were fictionalized composites drawn from the real experiences of Vince Makela and his fellow ODA 595 teammates.
